Evaluasi nilai nutrisi bungkil biji jarak pagar (Jatropha curcas L.) tiga daerah di Indonesia
Abstract
An experiment to explore nutritional and anti-nutritional contents of Indonesian Jatropha curcas L. in order to provide information for detoxification method had been conducted. There different provenances of J. curcas's origin which present different agro-climate regions of Indonesia (Lampung, Kebumen, and East Lombok) were studied. The proximate composition on Jatropha included dry matter (DM), ash, crude protein, lipid and crude fiber had been determined according to AOAC (1990).
