Abstract
Ricinus communis seed meal contained high concentration of protein, so it is potential as a protein source. The objectives of this experiment was to determine the hematological profile of Japanese quail offered diet containing Ricinus communis seed meal to substitute soybean meal. This experiment used 112 japanese quails age todaks (production phase). The animal were divided with 16 group, assigned to one of four dietary threatment and kept in a bateray cag for six weeks batery
