      Abstract
      Selai adalah makanan semi basah yang dibuat dari bubur buah-buahan dan gula, dengan atau tanpa penambahan bahan makanan serta memiliki konsistensi gel atau semi gel. Selai campuran rumput laut dan jambu biji merupakan selai yang terbuat dari jambu biji dan rumput laut jenis Gracilaria p. dengan komposisi yang berbeda.
