Abstract

Bogor city provides many kinds of foodcourts, one of them is fried duck which could be found oftenly at side of roadway. The aim of his study were: (1) To know the description about the merchants and business of fried duck foodcourts in Bogor, (2) To know the consument characteristic of fried duck foodcourt in Bogor, (3) To know the Preferences the the consument of fried duck which is consumed in Bogor.
