Analisis strategi pemasaran restoran California fried chicken Darmaga centre, Bogor

Abstract

The aim of this research were to: (1) identify internal and external factors which influence succesfull of California Fried Chicken Darmaga Centre (CFCDC) Restaurant, (2) formulate marketing strategy of CFCDC Restaurant. This research analyze with SWOT. Data was obtained in one month, in February 2007 at CFCDC Restaurant. The result of research indicated: (1) the strength of CFCDC Restaurant were good quality product, delivery service and the waiters were very friendly.
