Pengaruh penambahan kunyit dalam ransum sebagai antibakteri terhadap performaa ayam broiler yang diinfeksi dengan Eschericia coli
Abstract
Curcuma domestica, Val can be used as nature antibacteria. The objective of the experiment was to determine the effect of Curcuma domestica in the diets on broiler performance. This research use 75 day old chicks (DOC) of Cobb strain which were kept in litter system during six weeks. The experiment used completely randomized design wth five treatment and three replicates which consisted of five (positive control), R0 = comersial diet without antibiotic (positive control), R1 = commercial diet without antibiotik (E. coli infected) (negative control), R2 = R0 + 1% Curcuma domestica (E. coli infected), R3 = R0 + 2% Curcuma domestica (E. coli infected), R4 = R0 + 0.01% antibiotic syntetic (bambermycin) (E. coli nfected) R4 = R0 + 0.01%
