Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan adopsi peternak sapi perah tentang teknologi biogas di Kabupaten Enrekang Sulawesi Selatan

Abstract

This study analysed factors associated with adoption of biogas technology amongst dairy farmers. There were 39 dairy cattle farmers in Enrekang Regency, South Sulawesi that had adopted tha biogas technology as research samples. Data were analysed by multiple correlation procedure using the excel 2007 program. Research results showed that factors related to adoption of biogas technology were age, education, income, experience, number of livestocks owned, number of family, contact with famers, contact with extension agent, the distance of digester the kitchen, ability to obtains information, time has of first knowing the biogas to adoption, farmers motivation, perception, and attitudes. The multiple correlation coefficeants of famers characteristics to their perception, attitudes, and adoption were 0.69, 0.61, 0.57 respectively.
