Abstract

The small in Sibolga North Sumatera Productivity of purse seine fishery.The objectives of the research are I) to estimate the level of MEY (maximum economic yield) exploiting of small pelagic becoming target of purse seine 2) to determine optimum purse seine fishing unit for maximum production and economic profit level in the utilization of small pelagic resources. 3) to determine feasibility of purse seine fishery in Sibolga North Sumatera Province.
