      Abstract
      Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat bahan makanan tambahan (BMT) bagi anak Balita yang terdiri dari campuran tepung pati Garut, tepung kacang hijau dan tepung tempe kedelai. Selain itu juga mengetahui komposisi zat gizi, sifat fisik, daya terima dan mutu protein BMT.
