      Abstract
      Sayuran daun hijau merupakan bahan pangan sumber mineral besi (Fe) yang murah dan mudah didapatkan. Tetapi tidak semua mineral Fe yang ada di dalam sayuran dapat diserap oleh tubuh, karena dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya vitamin C.
