Abstract

The concept of development is a process of society change have different interpretations depending on the perspective of seeing the phenomenon of knowledge in society itself. Communication patterns that are used to refer to the development model being used, ranging from the development model that uses the framework of modernization and criticism on the modernization, to the global development model with the global goals such as MDG's and the target achievement according to the information society Information society summit agreements.
