Pengaruh Budaya Perusahaan Terhadap Penerapan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (Studi kasus Kantor Daerah Telekomunikasi Bogor)
Abstract
The purpose of research analyzing the effect of corporate culture on the implementation of GCG at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk and to identify the benefits of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk with implementation of GCG. Research methodology used is the survey method, technique correlation between Corporate Culture (X) with Good Corporate Governance (Y) by spreading that contains questions and statements related to daily activities in carrying out the task. The respondents in this study were employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, the Regional Office of Telecommunications Bogor (Kandatel) Bogor, amounting to 200 people and 66 people selected set of books Solvin formula Umar and selected with probability sampling techniques on simple random sampling. Instruments calibrated prior to test the validity of the item (product moment) and instrument reliability coefficient (alpha cronbach). To find out how much influence each independent variable on the dependent variable is the test statistic t and F test performed to determine the influence of independent variables simultaneously on the dependent variable. Variables Entered/Removed Independent who signed the Culture Company with bound variables of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
