Software of Citarum Water Resources lnformation System was developed in research collaboration between IAHRI and PJT If. This tool consists of database system (biophysics, hydrology, and climate) as well as instantaneous and daily discharge model integrated to database. The opening menu of the information system consists of main menu, daily simulated discharge, instantaneous simulated discharge, and observed data presentation. CIS based map is presented on main menu interactively, shows position of observed discharge station, rainfall, climate and dam; reservoir; administrative boundary; watershed! sub watershed boundary; contour, river, road, irrigation network, and information of various land use change. Daily simulated discharge menu is simulated using CR4J mode. This Menu facilitates the discharge simulation for a watershedlsub watershed based on rainfall and evapotranspiration data and the parameter model recorded in database system. Instantaneous simulated discharge menu is simulated using the modified H2U model. The model needs two types of parameters model determined by topographical and drainage network map analysis and calculation module available in instantaneous simulated discharge menu. Observed data presentation menu consists of two windows choices i.e. information concerns the watershed and information concerns the reservoirs. Watershed information presents discharge data visualization at the outlets, rainfall data,discharge data, discharge at weirand climate data.
