      Abstract
      Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui cara pembuatan selai margarin pisang ambon yang diberikan agar-agar sebagai pengental, daya terimanya, serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan Na-benzoat dan lama penyimpanan terhadap perubahan sifat kimia serta daya terima selai.
