      Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang berperan dalam mendukung perekonomian lokal di Kota Bogor. Namun, hasil evaluasi kinerja menunjukkan bahwa realisasi pendapatan operasional belum mencapai target dan terjadi penurunan kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan di Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor selama bulan Maret hingga Juni 2025 dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan total sampling terhadap 50 karyawan. Data dianalisis melalui analisis deskriptif, SEM-PLS, dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kualitas lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja menjadi aspek penting demi tercapainya kinerja karyawan yang maksimal.
       
      Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor is one of the Regional Owned Enterprises (BUMD) that plays a role in supporting the local economy in Bogor City. However, the results of the performance evaluation show that the realization of operating income has not reached the target and there has been a decrease in employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance. The research was conducted at Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor during March to June 2025 with a quantitative approach. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. The sampling technique used a non-probability sampling method with a total sampling approach to 50 employees. Data were analyzed through descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and F test. The results showed that the work environment and work discipline partially and simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Perumda BPR Bank Kota Bogor employees. These findings confirm that the quality of the work environment and work discipline are important aspects for achieving maximum employee performance.
