      Abstract
      Perkembangan fintech di Indonesia membawa perubahan dalam mengakses layanan keuangan. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui manfaat dan risikonya, terutama mahasiswa yang kerap menjadi korban penipuan. Lembaga Kepemimpinan dan Pendidikan Eksekutif (LKPE) IPB dan Kantor Manajemen Risiko berkolaborasi dengan AFTECH menyelenggarakan Seminar INFINITY Goes to Campus 2024. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas program berdasarkan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick dan Return on Training Investment (ROTI). Penelitian melibatkan 207 responden dengan data primer melalui kuisioner dan data sekunder berupa jurnal, web resmi, buku, dan laporan tahunan. Data dianalisis dengan statistika deskriptif, GAP Analysis, Net Promoter Score (NPS), ROTI, dan implikasi manajerial. Hasil penelitian pada level reaksi, yakni persepsi peserta terhadap program sangat baik, khususnya materi dan narasumber (85%). Pada level pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan terutama layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi (11,59%). Pada level perilaku, kepercayaan fintech peserta mencapai 90%. Pada level hasil, NPS bernilai 73% menunjukkan potensi tinggi dalam merekomendasikan program. ROTI bernilai 200,02% menunjukkan investasi program dikatakan efektif.
       
      Fintech growth in Indonesia has transformed access to financial services. However, many, especially students, unaware of fintech benefit and risk, leading to fraud. Institute for Leadership and Executive Education (LKPE) IPB and Risk Management Office collaborated with AFTECH to organized INFINITY Goes to Campus 2024 Seminar. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of program based on Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model and Return on Training Investment (ROTI). It involved 207 respondents, primary data collected by questionnaires and secondary data sourced from journals, websites, books, and reports. Data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, GAP Analysis, Net Promoter Score (NPS), ROTI, and managerial implications. Research results at reaction level showed participants' perceptions of program were very good, especially the content and speakers (85%). At learning level, there was an increase, especially in technology-based lending services (11.59%). At behavior level, participants' trust in fintech reached 90%. At result level, the NPS 73% indicates high potential for recommending program. ROTI 200.02% indicates program investment is effective.
