      Abstract
      Lanskap manajemen tenaga kerja telah mengalami transformasi yang signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Banyak perusahaan yang melakukan perubahan model kerjanya guna mempertahankan operasional perusahaan agar tetap sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Hybrid work menjadi model kerja dengan preferensi tertinggi sejak tahun 2022 hingga saat ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi persepsi karyawan terhadap hybrid work dan produktivitas kerja karyawan, serta menganalisis pengaruh hybrid work terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari hingga Mei 2025 di PT XYZ yang terletak di Kota Tangerang. PT XYZ merupakan perusahaan sistem integrator berbasis teknologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang berasal dari data primer dan sekunder. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara hybrid work dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Semakin baik penerapan hybrid work pada PT XYZ, maka semakin baik pula tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawannya.
       
      The workforce management landscape has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. Many companies are changing their work models in order to maintain company operations in line with company goals. Hybrid work has become the work model with the highest preference since 2022 until now. The purpose of this study was to identify employee perceptions of hybrid work on employee work productivity, and to analyze the effect of hybrid work on employee work productivity. This research took place from February to May 2025 at PT XYZ, which was located in Tangerang City, Banten. PT XYZ is a technology-based system integrator company. This study used quantitative data from primary and secondary data. This study used descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between hybrid work and employee productivity. The better the implementation of hybrid work at PT XYZ was, the higher the level of employee productivity.
