      Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Konsumsi Minuman Berpemanis pada Remaja Usia 15-18 Tahun di Pulau Jawa

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara faktor keluarga, teman sebaya, ketersediaan minuman berpemanis di rumah, karakteristik sosial ekonomi, kondisi cuaca, iklan minuman berpemanis, kebiasaan membeli minuman berpemanis secara online dan kebiasaan membaca label informasi nilai gizi dengan tingkat konsumsi minuman berpemanis remaja di Pulau Jawa. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi cross-sectional dengan melibatkan 160 responden remaja dengan rata-rata usia 16,8 tahun yang dipilih secara purposive. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui pengukuran antropometri, SQ-FFQ, kuesioner dan wawancara. Responden sebagian besar berstatus gizi baik (76,9%) dan mempunyai total jumlah asupan gula dibawah 50 g (81,25%) dari konsumsi minuman berpemanis. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara keluarga (p=0,024; r:0,178), teman sebaya (p=0,002; r=0,244), cuaca dingin/ hujan (p=0,017; r=0,188), iklan d (p=0,029; r=0,173) dan kebiasaan membaca label informasi nilai gizi dengan jumlah asupan gula (p=0,042; r=0,161). Tidak ditemukan adanya hubungan yang siginifikan antara ketertarikan membeli minuman berpemanis ketika makan di luar bersama dengan keluarga (p>0,05), ketersediaan minuman berpemanis di rumah (p>0,05), tingkat pendidikan ibu (p>0,05), tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga (p>0,05), pekerjaan ibu (p<0,05), pekerjaan kepala keluarga (p>0,05), pendapatan per bulan keluarga (p>0,05), cuaca panas (p>0,05), dan kebiasaan membeli minuman berpemanis secara online (p>0,05) dengan jumlah asupan gula.
       
      This study aims to analyze the relationship between family factors, peers, availability of sugar sweetened beverages at home, socio-economic characteristics, weather conditions, advertisement related to sugar sweetened beverages, habits of buying sugar sweetened beverages online, and also habits of reading food and nutrition labels with the level of consumption of sugar sweetened beverages among adolescents on the island of Java. The research design used was a cross-sectional study involving 160 adolescent respondents with an average age of 16.8 years who were selected purposively. Research data was obtained through anthropometric measurements, SQ-FFQ, questionnaires and interviews. Most of the respondents known had good nutritional status (76.9%) and have total amount of sugar intake under 50 g from consumption sugar sweetened beverages (81.25%). The results of the correlation test showed a significant relationship between family (p=0.024; r:0.178), friends (p=0.002; r=0.244), cold or rainy weather (p=0.017; r=0.188), advertisements (p=0.029; r=0.173), and the habit of reading food and nutrition labels with the amount of sugar (p=0.042; r=0.161). There was no significant relationship between the interest in buying sugar sweetened beverages when eating out with family (p>0.05), the availability of sugar sweetened beverages at home (p>0.05), the mother's education level (p>0.05), the head of the family's education level (p>0.05), the mother's occupation (p<0.05), the head of the family's occupation (p>0.05), the family's monthly income (p>0.05), hot weather (p>0.05), and the habit of buying sugar sweetened beverages online (p>0.05) with the total amount of sugar intake.
