      Peningkatan Pertumbuhan dan Produktivitas Tanaman Alfalfa(Medicago Sativa L.) Melalui Optimasi Dosis Pupuk Kandang Domba dan Kambing

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan mengukur pertumbuhan dan produktivitas alfalfa dengan penambahan pupuk kandang domba dan kambing dengan dosis yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial dengan 100 sampel dengan dua jenisfaktor perlakuanyaitu dua jenis pupukdan lima jenis dosis pemberian pupuk beserta 10 ulangan dari masing-masing perlakuan. Jenis pupuk yang digunakan yaitu pupuk kandang domba dan kambing dengan dosis masing-masing jenis pupuk 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%. Analisis data menggunakan Analysis of variance (ANOVA) dan dilakukan uji lanjut dengan uji Duncan. Penambahan dosis pupuk kandang domba dan kambing efektif menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produktivitas alfalfa. Pemberian pupuk kandang domba dan kambing dengan dosis 5% menghasilkan produktivitas yang sama dengan perlakuan tanpa pemberian pupuk atau hasil produktivitasnya belum optimal. Tanaman alfalfa dengan pemberian pupuk kandang domba dan kambing sebanyak 20% konsisten menghasilkan pertumbuhan dan produktivitas yang optimal dibandingkan dosis yang lain
       
      This study aimed to measure the growth and productivity of alfalfawith the addition of sheep and goat manure at different doses. This study used a factorial complete randomized design with 100 samples with 2 types of treatment factors, namely 2 types of fertilizers and 5 types of doses of fertilizer application along with 10 replicates of each treatment.The types of fertilizers used are sheepand goatmanure with the dose of each type of fertilizer 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%. Analyzed data were using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and further tests were conducted with Duncan's test. Addition of doses of sheep and goat manure effectively produces alfalfa growth and productivity. Giving sheep and goat manure at a dose of 5% produce the same productivity asthe treatment without fertilizer or the productivity results were not optimal. Alfalfa plants with 20% sheep and goat manure consistently produce optimal growth and productivity compared to other doses.
