      Pengaruh Pendidikan Gizi Menggunakan Media Nutritower terhadap Pengetahuan, Sikap, dan Praktik Jajanan Sehat Siswa Sekolah Dasar

      Abstract
      Pendidikan gizi menjadi salah satu upaya agar siswa sekolah dasar mampu memilih jajanan yang sehat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media Nutritower serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap pengetahuan, sikap, dan praktik jajanan sehat siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak bulan April–Juli 2024 di SDN Pondokcina 1, Kota Depok dengan menggunakan desain quasi experimental with pre-test post-test control group. Penelitian melibatkan 46 siswa kelas 5 yang terbagi ke dalam dua kelompok, kelompok kontrol melalui metode ceramah dan kelompok intervensi melalui media Nutritower. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor pengetahuan dan sikap siswa di kedua kelompok signifikan lebih tinggi setelah diberikan pendidikan gizi (p<0,05). Terdapat perbedaan signifikan pengetahuan setelah intervensi di antara kedua kelompok (p<0,05). Media Nutritower lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan daripada ceramah. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada praktik, asupan gula, natrium, dan lemak dari jajanan saat sebelum dan setelah diberikan pendidikan gizi pada kedua kelompok (p>0,05). Namun, terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai median asupan lemak setelah intervensi di antara kedua kelompok penelitian (p<0,05).
       
      Nutrition education is one of efforts to enable elementary school students to choose healthy snacks. This research aims to develop Nutritower media and analyze its effect on elementary school students’ knowledge, attitude, and healthy snack practices. This research was conducted from April to July 2024 at SDN Pondokcina 1, Depok using a quasi-experimental with pre-test and post-test control group design. The study involved 46 5th-grade students divided into two groups, a control group receiving the lecture method and an intervention group using Nutritower media. The results showed a significant increase in both knowledge and attitude scores after nutrition education in both groups (p<0.05). There was a significant difference in knowledge after the intervention between the two research groups (p<0.05). Nutritower media is more effective in increasing knowledge than the lecture method. There were no significant differences in practice and sugar, sodium, fat intake from snacks before and after receiving nutrition education in the two groups (p>0,05). However, there was a significant difference in the median value of fat intake after the intervention between the two research groups (p<0.05).
