IPB University sebagai salah satu perguruan tinggi terbaik yang ada di Indonesia perlu memperhatikan kondisi dunia kerja yang VUCA. Lulusan S1 IPB University masih memiliki rata-rata masa tunggu kerja >6 bulan yang cukup tinggi. Mengikuti program magang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dapat meningkatkan kesiapan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa S1 IPB University, dengan mempertimbangkan adanya pengaruh career adaptability dan self-efficacy. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengalaman magang, career adaptability, dan self-efficacy terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil lain juga menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung pengalaman magang terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa yang dimediasi oleh career adaptability dan self-efficacy secara positif dan signifikan. IPB University as one of the best universities in Indonesia needs to pay attention to the conditions of the VUCA world of work. IPB University undergraduate graduates still have an average job waiting period of >6 months which is quite high. Participating in an internship program can help students gain knowledge and skills that can increase work readiness. This research aims to analyze the influence of internship experience on work readiness of IPB University undergraduate students, by considering the influence of career adaptability and self- efficacy. This research uses descriptive analysis methods and SEM-PLS analysis. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of internship experience, career adaptability, and self-efficacy on student work readiness. Other results also show that there is an indirect influence of internship experience on students' work readiness which is mediated by career adaptability and self-efficacy in a positive and significant way.
