      Analisis Kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia pada Agroeduwisata Wira Tani

      Abstract
      Peningkatan jumlah pengunjung di Agroeduwisata Wira Tani memerlukan evaluasi terhadap jumlah karyawan yang ada. Variasi jenis pengunjung menambah tekanan pada karyawan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis beban kerja mental dan kebutuhan karyawan dengan menggunakan metode National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) dan teknik sensus pada 10 karyawan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar jabatan mengalami beban kerja yang termasuk dalam kategori agak berat. Kebutuhan karyawan optimal diidentifikasi sebanyak 13 orang, sedangkan saat ini hanya tersedia 10 orang, yang mengakibatkan kekurangan tiga posisi pada Content Creator, Pemeliharaan, dan Tour Guide. Solusi yang diusulkan meliputi peningkatan kompetensi, rotasi pekerjaan dan evaluasi job decription. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk perencanaan SDM yang lebih baik dan pengelolaan beban kerja yang lebih efektif guna memastikan kesejahteraan karyawan.
       
      The increasing number of visitors at Agroeduwisata Wira Tani requires an evaluation of the existing number of employees. The variety of visitor types adds pressure on employees in delivering information and services. This study aims to analyze the mental workload and employee needs using the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Task Load Index (NASA-TLX) method and census techniques on 10 employees. The analysis results show that most positions experience a workload that falls into the somewhat heavy category. The optimal number of employees needed is identified as 13, while currently there are only 10 available, resulting in a shortage of three positions in Content Creator, Maintenance, and Tour Guide. Proposed solutions include increasing competencies, job rotation, and job description evaluations. These findings provide recommendations for better human resource planning and more effective workload management to ensure the well-being of employees.
