      Abstract
      Industri ekonomi kreatif memainkan peran penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, salah satunya melalui bisnis media digital melalui pembuatan konten kreatif di Youtube. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal lingkungan bisnis media digital Peptalk Internasional Beruntung menggunakan matriks IFE, EFE, merumuskan alternatif menggunakan matriks SWOT, mengambil prioritas keputusan melalui Analytic Network Process (ANP), dan merencanakan model bisnis dengan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga Agustus 2024 secara daring dan luring, melibatkan 18 responden yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling method. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perusahaan berada pada posisi grow and build dan strategi utama yang harus difokuskan adalah adopsi teknologi baru, diversifikasi konten, peningkatan program pengembangan karyawan, pengembangan cadangan dana, serta peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Prioritas strategi ini kemudian dipetakan pada BMC dan VPC baru dari Peptalk Internasional Beruntung.
       
      The creative economy industry plays a crucial role in national economic growth, particularly through the digital media business through the creation of creative content on Youtube. This research aims to identify internal and external factors affecting Peptalk Internasional Beruntung using the IFE and EFE matrix, formulate alternatives using the SWOT matrix, prioritize decisions through the Analytic Network Process (ANP), and plan business models with the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Value Proposition Canvas (VPC). This research was conducted from March to August 2024 online and offline, involving 18 respondents selected using purposive sampling method. The results of this study found that the company is in a grow and build position and the main strategies that should be focused on are the adoption of new technology, content diversification, increasing employee development programs, developing reserve funds, and increasing production capacity. These strategic priorities were then mapped onto the new BMC and VPC of Peptalk International.
