      Abstract
      Tuntutan peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pada perguruan tinggi dilakukan melalui pencapaian Indikator Kinerja Utama (IKU) terkait kualifikasi dosen dengan gelar S3 dan sertifikasi kompetensi yang diakui industri. Melalui program peningkatan kapasitas dosen oleh yang diselenggarakan oleh PT ABC, dosen mendapatkan sertifikasi kompetensi sebagai alternatif pencapaian IKU. Pada tahun 2023, program ini mengindikasikan efektivitas yang baik berdasarkan rata-rata peningkatan kompetensi yang dialami peserta. Namun, adanya kesenjangan yang ditandai dengan penurunan kehadiran peserta pada sesi program mengindikasikan belum terpenuhinya harapan peserta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan peserta program peningkatan kapasitas dosen pada PT ABC di Jakarta Selatan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 4 dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap variabel kepuasan peserta.
       
      The demand to improve the quality of learning in higher education is carried out through the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lecturer qualifications with S3 degrees and industry-recognized competency certifications. Through the lecturer capacity building program organized by PT ABC, lecturers get competency certification as an alternative to achieving IKU. In 2023, this program indicates good effectiveness based on the average increase in competencies experienced by participants. However, the gap marked by a decrease in participant attendance in program sessions indicates that participants' expectations have not been met. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality on the satisfaction of participants in the lecturer capacity building program at PT ABC in South Jakarta. The data analysis used was SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4 with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was by the purposive sampling method. The results of the study showed that the service quality variable had an effect on the participant satisfaction variable.
