      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pemberian tepung maggot (Black Soldier Fly) dalam ransum dan penambahan bakteri asam laktat dalam air minum terhadap profil organ dalam ayam IPB-D1. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap faktorial (2x2). Faktor (1) tepung maggot (0%, 15% dalam ransum) dan (2) bakteri asam laktat (0, 107 CFU/ml dalam air minum). Peubah yang diamati adalah jantung, hati, ginjal, timus, bursa Fabricius, limpa, pankreas, empedu, proventrikulus, gizzard, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, sekum dan kolon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian 15% tepung maggot meningkatkan persentase ventrikulus dan ginjal, sedangkan pemberian lactobacillus sp dalam air minum air minum menurunkan berat jujunum, panjang ileum dan panjang sekum.
       
      This experiment was aimed to evaluation effect of feeding maggot meal in diet and lactic acid bacteria in drinking water on the internal organs profile of IPB-D1 chickens. This study used a factorial completely randomized design (2x2). Factors (1) maggot meal (0%, 15% in diet) and (2) lactic acid bacteria (0, 107 CFU/ml). The variables observed were heart, liver, kidneys, thymus, bursa of fabricius, spleen, pancreas, gallbladder, proventriculus, gizzard, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon. The results of this study can be concluded that feeding containing 15% maggot meal and the addition of probiotics (Lactobacillus sp) in drinking water had no interaction in each organ in IPB D1 chickens. Feeding 15% maggot meal increased percentage of ventriculus and kidney, while Lactobacillus sp in drinking water decreased jejunum weight, ileum length and seccum length.
