      Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan HCM PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk

      Abstract
      Dalam era globalisasi, kualitas SDM adalah kunci keberhasilan dalam bersaing di kancah internasional. Laporan IMD World Talent Ranking 2023 menunjukkan Indonesia berada di peringkat kesembilan di Asia, namun dengan skor 51,13 dari 100, Indonesia masih berada di peringkat 47 dari 64 negara, menandakan tantangan besar dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM di tingkat global. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang transmisi dan distribusi gas bumi terbesar di Indonesia, menerapkan nilai AKHLAK untuk menciptakan budaya kerja yang tinggi. Meskipun ada peningkatan dalam kepuasan kerja berdasarkan survei tahunan, penurunan skor Maturity Level HSH 2023 mengindikasikan kurangnya pemahaman nilai-nilai AKHLAK. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan HCM PGN secara keseluruhan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif, dan SEM-PLS. Penelitian dilakukan dari Maret hingga Mei 2024 dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh dan melibatkan 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.       In the era of globalization, the quality of human resources (HR) was key to competing on the international stage. The IMD World Talent Ranking 2023 report showed that Indonesia ranked ninth in Asia; however, with a score of 51.13 out of 100, Indonesia was still ranked 47th out of 64 countries, indicating significant challenges in improving HR quality at a global level. PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGN), the largest natural gas transmission and distribution company in Indonesia, implemented the AKHLAK values to foster a high-performance work culture. Despite improvements in job satisfaction based on the annual survey, the decline in the 2023 Maturity Level HSH score indicated a lack of understanding of the AKHLAK values. This study analyzed the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on the overall performance of HCM employees at PGN using descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS methods. The research was conducted from March to May 2024 using a saturated sampling approach involving 53 respondents. The results showed that organizational culture did not affect employee performance, while job satisfaction did influence employee performance
