      Abstract
      Usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) pada sektor makanan dan minuman memiliki potensi yang besar untuk meningkatkan perekonomian di Kota Bogor. Akan tetapi, terdapat permasalahan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang seringkali dihadapi yaitu UKM memiliki employee turnover yang tinggi. Mayoritas karyawan seringkali mengajukan resign karena merasa harus merangkap pekerjaan dari jabatan lainnya. Permasalahan ini dapat memengaruhi kinerja usaha. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap kebutuhan setiap jabatan pada usaha skala kecil di Kota Bogor. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 usaha skala kecil sektor makanan dan minuman di Kota Bogor dengan karyawan sebesar 136 orang sebagai responden. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis isi kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terdapat beberapa aspek yang diperoleh yaitu critical positions, proses bisnis, deskripsi jabatan yang terdiri dari ugas dan tanggung jawab, sarana prasarana, dan kondisi lingkungan serta spesifikasi jabatan yang terdiri dari kompetensi, pengalaman, dan pendidikan.
       
      Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the food and beverage sector have great potential to improve the economy in Bogor. However, human resource management problems are often faced, namely SMEs, which have high employee turnover. Most employees usually submit their resignations because they have to work for other positions. This problem can affect business performance. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to analyze each position's needs in Bogors' small-scale businesses. The samples used in this research were ten small scale businesses with 136 employees in the food and beverage sector at Bogor. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis methods and quantitative content analysis. Based on the research that has been carried out, several aspects are obtained, namely critical positions, business processes, job descriptions consisting of duties and responsibilities, facilities, and environmental conditions, as well as job specifications consisting of competence, experience, and education.
