      Abstract
      FishLog merupakan startup di bidang perikanan yang menyediakan layanan berupa platform perdagangan komoditas perikanan. FishLog menghadapi berbagai risiko operasional khususnya pada FishLog – B2B Marketplace dan belum menerapkan sistem manajemen risiko apapun. Penerapan manajemen risiko berbasis SNI ISO 31000:2018 menjadi salah satu upaya untuk membantu mengelola dan meminimalisasi risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan lingkup risiko, melakukan penilaian risiko, dan menyusun rekomendasi yang tepat untuk mengelola risiko. Penelitian ini mengacu pada metode penilaian risiko Godfrey serta perlakuan risiko Flanagan dan Norman. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh 21 jenis risiko operasional pada FishLog - B2B Marketplace yang terdiri dari empat risiko berada pada tingkat rendah, sebelas risiko tingkat sedang, empat risiko tingkat tinggi, dan dua risiko tingkat ekstrem. Upaya perlakuan risiko pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada risiko tingkat tinggi dan tingkat ekstrem. Setiap risiko diberikan perlakuan preventif dan mitigasi yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi tingkat keparahan serta dampak kerugian yang dialami oleh FishLog.
       
      FishLog is a startup in the fisheries sector that provides services in the form of a fishery commodity trading platform. FishLog faces various operational risks, especially in the FishLog - B2B Marketplace and has not yet implemented any risk management system. The implementation of risk management based on SNI ISO 31000: 2018 is one of the efforts to help manage and minimize risks. This research aims to determine the scope of risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop appropriate recommendations for managing risks. This research refers to Godfrey's risk assessment method and Flanagan and Norman's risk treatment. The results of this study obtained 21 types of operational risks at FishLog - B2B Marketplace consisting of four risks at low level, eleven moderate level risks, four high level risks, and two extreme level risks. Risk treatment efforts in this study are focused on high-level and extreme-level risks. Each risk is given preventive and mitigation treatment aimed at reducing the severity and impact of losses experienced by FishLog.
