      Pencegahan Infeksi Vibrio parahaemolyticus Pada Udang Vaname Litopenaeus vannamei Dengan Serbuk Daun Kelor Moringa Oleifera Peroral

      Abstract
      Kelor merupakan tumbuhan berkhasiat yang mempunyai potensi yang tinggi sebagai bahan antibakteri untuk pencegahan infeksi Vibrio. parahaemolyticus pada udang vaname. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh penambahan serbuk daun kelor peroral untuk pencegahan penyakit vibriosis akibat bakteri V. parahaemolyticus pada udang vaname. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap yang terdiri atas lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan meliputi K-: Pemeliharaan udang tanpa serbuk daun kelor dan tidak diuji tantang, K+: Pemeliharaan udang tanpa serbuk daun kelor dan diuji tantang, M0,5: Pemeliharaan udang dengan penambahan serbuk daun kelor 0,5 g kg-1 pakan dan diuji tantang, M0,75: Pemeliharaan udang dengan penambahan serbuk daun kelor 0,75 g kg-1 pakan dan diuji tantang, dan M1: Pemeliharaan udang dengan penambahan serbuk daun kelor 1 g kg-1 pakan dan diuji tantang. Udang dengan bobot 1,18±0,02 g dipelihara selama 30 hari dan diuji tantang selama 14 hari menggunakan bakteri V. parahaemolyticus dengan dosis 107 CFU mL-1 . Parameter yang diamati yaitu respons imun nonspesifik, kelangsungan hidup, dan kinerja pertumbuhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai kelangsungan hidup udang vaname pasca uji tantang pada semua perlakuan tidak berbeda nyata (P>0,05) sedangkan untuk peningkatan respon imun non spesifik dan pertumbuhannya dosis M0,5 memiliki nilai yang lebih tinggi dari pada M0,75 dan M1.
       
      Moringa is a nutritious plant that has high potential as an antibacterial ingredient to prevent V. parahaemolyticus infection in whiteleg shrimp. This study aims to prove the effect of the addition of moringa leaf powder peroral for the prevention of vibriosis disease caused by V. parahaemolyticus bacteria in whiteleg shrimp. The study was conducted using a completely randomized design consisting of five treatments and four replicates including K-: Shrimp rearing without Moringa leaf powder and not tested, K+: Shrimp rearing without moringa leaf powder and tested for challenge, M0.5: Shrimp rearing with the addition of moringa leaf powder 0.5 g kg-1 feed and tested for challenge, M0.75: Shrimp rearing with the addition of moringa leaf powder 0.75 g kg-1 feed and tested for challenge, and M1: Shrimp rearing with the addition of moringa leaf powder 1 g kg-1 feed and tested for challenge. Shrimp with a weight of 1.18 ± 0.02 g were reared for 30 days and tested for challenge for 14 days using V. parahaemolyticus bacteria at a dose of 107 CFU mL-1. Parameters observed were nonspecific immune response, survival, and growth performance. The results showed that the survival rate of whiteleg shrimp after the challenge test in all treatments was not significantly different (P>0.05), while for the increase in non-specific immune response and growth, the M0.5 dose had a higher value than M0.75 and M1.
