      Penambahan Pupuk Tepung Daun Lamtoro terhadap Perkembangan Populasi dan Kualitas Nutrien Spirulina sp.

      Abstract
      Daun lamtoro (Leucaena leucocephala) merupakan salah satu bahan yang mengandung unsur hara yang tinggi sehingga dapat berperan dalam perkembangan populasi dan nutrien Spirulina sp. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan populasi dan kualitas nutrien Spirulina sp. yang diberi penambahan pupuk tepung daun lamtoro dengan dosis berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan empat perlakuan dan tiga ulangan pada media yang telah diberi walne yaitu dosis penambahan pupuk tepung daun lamtoro 0 mL L-1, 1 mL L-1, 1,5 mL L-1, dan 2 mL L-1. Kultur dilakukan selama 10 hari dengan kepadatan awal Spirulina adalah 5000 sel mL-1 pada wadah 1 L. Sampel proksimat diperoleh dari kultur yang dilakukan kembali dengan kepadatan sama pada wadah 3 L. Parameter yang diukur adalah kepadatan populasi, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, waktu penggandaan dan analisis proksimat Spirulina sp. Berdasarkan hasil dapat disimpulkan laju pertumbuhan dan kualitas nutrien Spirulina sp. dapat dimaksimalkan dengan penambahan 1,5 mL L-1 pupuk tepung daun lamtoro.
       
      Lamtoro leaves (Leucaena leucocephala) are one of the ingredients that contain high levels of nutrients so they can play a role in the development of the population and nutrients of Spirulina sp. This research aims to analyze population development and nutritional quality of Spirulina sp. which were given the addition of lamtoro leaf powder fertilizer at different doses. This research used a completely randomized design with four treatments and three replications on media that had been given Walne, namely the additional dose of lamtoro leaf powder fertilizer was 0 mL L-1, 1 mL L-1, 1.5 mL L-1, and 2 mL L-1. The culture was carried out for 10 days with the initial density of Spirulina being 5000 cells mL-1 in a 1 L container. Proximate samples were obtained from the culture which was carried out again with the same density in a 3 L container. The parameters measured were population density, specific growth rate, doubling time and proximate analysis. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the growth rate and nutrient quality can be maximized by adding 1.5 mL L-1 of lamtoro leaf powder fertilizer.
