      Perkembangan Larva Ikan Pelangi (Iriatherina werneri) pada Suhu Pemeliharaan Berbeda

      Abstract
      Perkembangan larva ikan mengalami suatu fase kritis pada masa endogenous feeding yaitu fase asupan makanan utama didapatkan dari kuning telur bawaan setelah menetas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi perkembangan telur dan larva ikan pelangi (I. werneri) pada suhu pemeliharaan yang berbeda (24 ºC, 28 ºC, 32 ºC). Pengamatan perkembangan telur meliputi waktu dan jumlah telur menetas yang diamati setiap 24 jam selama ±7 hari. Perkembangan larva yang diamati meliputi abnormalitas pada awal pemeliharaan saat setelah menetas, penyerapan kuning telur, ukuran bukaan mulut, tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva diamati setiap 12 jam selama 144 jam (±6 hari) sampai kuning telur habis. Suhu media inkubasi dan pemeliharaan yang berbeda memengaruhi jumlah telur yang menetas, kecepatan waktu penetasan, penyerapan kuning telur, bukaan mulut, sintasan larva, panjang total serta abnormalitas. Larva ikan pelangi menunjukkan laju penyerapan kuning telur yang cepat dengan tingkat kelangsungan hidup larva yang tertinggi sebesar 26% pada suhu media pemeliharaan 28 ºC.
       
      The development of fish larvae experiences a critical phase during the endogenous feeding period, namely the phase where the main food intake is obtained from the innate egg yolk after hatching. This study aims to evaluate the development of rainbow fish (I. werneri) eggs and larvae at different rearing temperatures (24 ºC, 28 ºC, 32 ºC). Observations of egg development include the time and number of eggs hatching which are observed every 24 hours for ± 7 days. Larval development observed included abnormalities at the start of rearing after hatching, egg yolk absorption, mouth opening size, larval survival rate were observed every 12 hours for 144 hours (±6 days) until the egg yolk ran out. Different incubation and rearing media temperatures affect the number of eggs that hatch, the speed of hatching, egg yolk absorption, mouth opening, larval survival, total length and abnormalities. Rainbow fish larvae showed a fast rate of egg yolk absorption with the highest larval survival rate of 26% at a rearing media temperature of 28 ºC.
