Sistem Monitoring dan Evaluasi Program IPTEKDA

Abstract

Program Iptekda is research activities to investigate, design and implement specific knowledge, technology and method of specific problem in specific area. The results of the research shall be applicable and implement able. Program Iptekda is managed by specific research board at BPPT. The management conducts selection, monitoring and evaluation and report of the project progress and achievement. This article explains the specification, design, implementation and verification of monitoring and evaluation system with integrated user intervention. Indicator hierarchies are arranged with Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) method, weighting and aggregation of overall indicators value are computed with Bayes procedure.
