      Hubungan Penggunaan Aplikasi Fatsecret dengan Perilaku Makan, Aktivitas Fisik, dan Perubahan Berat Badan pada Mahasiswa

      Abstract
      Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis hubungan penggunaan aplikasi fatsecret dengan perilaku makan, aktivitas fisik, dan perubahan berat badan mahasiswa. Penelitian menggunakan desain cross sectional yang melibatkan 106 mahasiswa. Data penggunaan aplikasi fatsecret dan aktivitas fisik diperoleh melalui self administered menggunakan google form, sedangkan data perilaku makan melalui wawancara online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rata-rata durasi penggunaan aplikasi fatsecret selama 10 bulan dengan durasi akses dan frekuensi akses per hari masing-masing selama 6-15 menit dan ≤3 kali. Pengetahuan gizi 40,6% subjek tergolong baik. Aktivitas fisik subjek tergolong aktivitas sedang dan berat dengan rata-rata durasi duduk selama 5,2 jam/hari. Perilaku makan subjek belum sesuai anjuran pedoman gizi seimbang. Keragaman konsumsi pangan subjek tergolong sedang dan tingkat kecukupan energi serta zat gizi makro yang tergolong defisit berat. Rata-rata penurunan dan peningkatan berat badan subjek masing-masing sebesar 0,6±0,5 kg/bulan dan 0,4±0,4 kg/bulan. Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan frekuensi konsumsi buah dan susu serta olahannya (p<0,05). Perubahan berat badan berhubungan positif dengan tingkat kecukupan energi, lemak, dan karbohidrat (p<0,05) serta berhubungan negatif dengan frekuensi konsumsi protein nabati dan aktivitas fisik (p<0,05). Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan gizi dengan penggunaan aplikasi fatsecret (p>0,05) dan pengetahuan gizi dengan aktivitas fisik (p>0,05).
       
      This research aims to analyze the correlation between fatsecret application use with eating behavioral, physical activity, and weight changes of college students. The design of this study was cross sectional involving 106 students. Data on use of the fatsecret application and physical activity were obtained through self administered, while data on eating behavior was obtained through online interviews. The result show that the average duration of use of the fatsecret application is 10 months with access duration and access frequency per day are 6-15 minutes and ≤3 times respectively. The nutritional knowledge of 40.6% subjects was classified as good. The subject’s physical activity was classified as moderate and heavy with an average sitting duration of 5.2 hours/day. The subject’s eating behavior is not in accordance with the nutrition guidelines. The diversity of the subject’s food consumption is classified as moderate and the level of energy and macronutrient adequacy is classified as a severe deficit. The average decrease and increase in subject weight are 0.6±0.5 kg/month and 0.4±0.4 kg/month respectively. There was a significant positive correlation between nutritional knowledge and the frequency of consumption of fruit and milk and dairy products (p<0.05). Weight changes have significant positive correlation between adequacy level of energy, fat, and carbohydrate (p<0.05), and also negative correlation with frequency consumption of vegetables protein and physical activity (p<0.05). There was no significant correlation between nutritional knowledge and physical activity (p>0.05).
