      Pengaruh E-service Quality dan Brand Image terhadap Minat Menggunakan Kembali Aplikasi Bibit

      Abstract
      Perkembangan globalisasi membuat segala aktivitas tidak bisa terlepas dari bantuan teknologi, tidak terkecuali pada sektor investasi digital. Meningkatnya jumlah investor membuat berbagai aplikasi investasi digital bersaing untuk mencari penggunanya dengan meningkatkan kualitas layanan serta citra mereknya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh e-service quality dan brand image terhadap minat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Bibit. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan metode kuantitatif. Sampel yang diteliti adalah pengguna aplikasi Bibit di Jabodetabek dan berusia di antara 17 - 30 tahun sebanyak 160 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengolahan data menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi Smart PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari e-service quality dan brand image terhadap minat menggunakan kembali aplikasi Bibit. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperluas cakupan penelitiannya ke wilayah Pulau Jawa atau daerah lain serta dapat menambah variabel lain seperti promosi dan kemudahan penggunaan terhadap minat menggunakan kembali Bibit.
       
      The development of globalization has made all activities inseparable from technological assistance, including the digital investment sector. The increasing number of investors have made various digital investment applications compete to find users by improving the quality of service and brand image. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of e-service quality and brand image on the intention to reuse the Bibit application. This research was conducted in the Jabodetabek area using a quantitative method. The sample studied was Bibit application users in Jabodetabek and aged between 17-30 years as many as 160 people selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data processing method uses SEM-PLS with the Smart PLS application 3. The results show that there was a positive and significant effect of e-service quality and brand image on the interest in reusing the Bibit application. others and can add other variables such as promotions and ease of use to interest in reusing Bibit.
