Analisis Sumberdaya Pangan di Kota Pagaralam Sumatera Selatan Tahun 2001-2010
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the food resouces in Pagaralam, South of
Sumatera in 2001-2010. The study design was retrospective with secondary data
of Pagaralam in Figures. Secondary data includes Rencana Pembangunan
Jangka Menengah Daerah (RPJMD) Pagaralam, Rencana Strategis (Renstra),
food production, exports and imports, budgeting and number of population in
Pagaralam City 2001-2010. Data processing covers production analysis, exports
and imports, food availability and food suffiency by trend, line, ratio avaibility and
ratio of imports analysis. Food availability policy and food avaibility budgeting
were analyzed using content analysis. The results indicate increasing of
production on some commodities but supply doesn’t fulfill the demand. Food
avaibility is increased and energy suffiency has already reached the SPM (90%),
but protein suffiency hasn’t reached the SPM. Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP)
score is still below 90. The food avaibility policy and budget are not support the
Kebijakan Umum Ketahanan Pangan (KUKP) 2006-2010 and still focused on
water resource management.
