      Tingkat Inflamasi Diet dan Status Gizi Pasien Kanker Payudara di RSUD Kota Bogor

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan antara kelompok stadium (stadium awal dan stadium lanjut) dalam hal tingkat inflamasi diet (skor Dietary Inflammatory Index/ DII) dan status gizi. Desain penelitian ini adalah cross-sectional study dengan menggunakan accidental sampling yang melibatkan 93 subjek di instalasi hematologi onkologi RSUD Kota Bogor pada periode penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung menggunakan kuesioner dan rekam medis subjek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stadium kanker payudara subjek didominasi kategori advanced stage (82,8%). Rata-rata skor DII subjek adalah 1,857 (pro-inflamasi) dengan 76,3% subjek memiliki tingkat inflamasi diet yang bersifat pro-inflamasi. Status gizi subjek mayoritas dalam rentang IMT normal (40,9%). Tidak ditemukan perbedaan signifikan antara stadium awal dan stadium lanjut dalam hal skor DII (p-value=0,555), status gizi (p-value=0,637), dan IMT (p-value=0,676). Sementara itu, ditemukan korelasi negatif signifikan antara skor DII dengan tingkat pendapatan dan pendidikan, dengan masing-masing p-value=0,03 dan r=-0,225.
       
      This study aims to analyze the differences between the staging groups (early stage and advanced stage) in terms of dietary inflammation level (Dietary Inflammatory Index/DII score) and nutritional status. The design of this study was a cross-sectional study using accidental sampling involving 93 subjects at the hematology-oncology polyclinic at RSUD Kota Bogor during the study period. Data collection was carried out by direct interviews using questionnaires and the subject's medical records. The results showed that the subject's breast cancer stage was dominated by the advanced stage category (82,8%). The subject's average DII score was 1.857 (pro-inflammatory) with 76.3% of subjects having a pro-inflammatory diet inflammatory level. The nutritional status of the majority of subjects was within the normal BMI range (40.9%). There was no significant difference between early stage and advanced stage in terms of the DII score (p-value=0.555), nutritional status (p-value=0.637), and BMI (p-value=0.676). Meanwhile, a significant negative correlation was found between DII scores and levels of income and education, with p-value=0.03 and r=-0.225, respectively.
