      Abstract
      Industri fashion Indonesia merupakan industri yang memiliki potensi besar. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) Indonesia bidang usaha fashion yang berkembang secara positif sejak tahun 2013 hingga 2022. DF&Y merupakan salah satu business actor di sektor fashion Indonesia. Permasalahan DF&Y adalah stock out dan over stock yang terus terjadi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang peta proses (blueprint) forecast to stock dan optimalisasi pemenuhan permintaan produk untuk DF&Y. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode lot sizing Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity (POQ), dan Lot for Lot (L4L) yang digunakan sebagai input DRP Worksheet. Hasil DRP Worksheet menjadi basis dari pembuatan Master Production Schedule (MPS). Pemilihan mitra yang akan memproduksi produk DF&Y ditentukan oleh kapasitas produksi dan biaya jasa produksi mitra konveksi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan peta proses forecast to stock baru untuk DF&Y. Kapasitas mitra konveksi DF&Y mampu memenuhi perencanaan MPS yang dilakukan menggunakan DRP Worksheet sehingga pemenuhan permintaan DF&Y yang direncanakan dapat mencapai seratus persen
       
      The Indonesian fashion industry is an industry that has great potential. This can be seen from Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in the fashion business sector which has developed positively from 2013 to 2022. DF&Y is one of the business actors in the Indonesian fashion sector. DF&Y's problem is stock out and over stock which continues to occur. The aim of this research is to design a forecast to stock process map (blueprint) and optimize the fulfillment of product demand for DF&Y. This research uses the lot sizing method Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity (POQ), and Lot for Lot (L4L) which are used as DRP Worksheet input. The results of the DRP Worksheet become the basis for creating the Master Production Schedule (MPS). The selection of partners who will produce DF&Y products is determined by the production capacity and costs of the convection partner's production services. This research produces a new forecast to stock process map for DF&Y. The capacity of DF&Y convection partners is able to fulfill MPS planning carried out using the DRP Worksheet so that fulfillment of planned DF&Y demand can reach one hundred percent
