Desain Sasis dan E-Powertrain Mesin Pemanen Tandan Buah Segar Kelapa Sawit
Abstract
kendaraan mesin panen TBS. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi
masalah, perumusan desain, analisis desain, gambar teknik, pembuatan prototipe,
uji fungsional, dan uji lapang.
Desain sasis menggunakan analisis Finite Element Analysis (FEA). Tegangan
Angle of attack kendaraan berada pada 28°. Kebutuhan daya e-powertrain sebesar
A six-wheeled Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) harvester vehicle is designed for the
purpose of harvesting FFB by lifting the harvester machine with a ladder that grips
the palm trees to ensure ladder stability. Each vehicle requires a chassis and a power
transmission system. In electric vehicles, this power transmission system is referred
to as an e-powertrain. This research aims to design the chassis and e-powertrain of
FFB harvester vehicles, fabricate the chassis and e-powertrain of FFB harvester
vehicles, and test the chassis and e-powertrain of FFB harvester vehicles. This
research was conducted through stages of problem identification, design
formulation, design analysis, technical drawings, prototype fabrication, functional
testing, and field testing.
The chassis design utilized Finite Element Analysis (FEA). The maximum
simulated stress of 16 MPa does not exceed the yield strength of 215 MPa. The
analysis results indicate that the vehicle's center of gravity can navigate slopes of
up to 46° uphill and 42° downhill. The maximum lateral inclination position is 38°,
and the angle of attack for the vehicle is 28°. The e-powertrain requires 10.2 kW of
power, which can be met by using a 13.2 kW Brushless Direct Current (BLDC)
electric motor divided into six motors. Power transmission is achieved through
sprockets RS40-2A-18T on the motor and RS40-2B-42T on the wheel shaft. The
chain used is RS40-2-66L with a chain pitch of 66. The vehicle's torque is 486 Nm.
Performance testing of the vehicle indicates that it performs well, achieving a
maximum calculated speed of 8.62 m/s, with an actual maximum speed of 7.19 m/s.
The best performance in palm oil harvesting is achieved when using the brake
assistance with a turning radius of 8.6 m. The vehicle can pivot in place with a
minimum of four wheels firmly gripping the ground. Battery consumption is 37.05
Ah in this study, indicating a battery consumption rate of 3.71 A per palm.
