Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi respon pemberian daun kayu manis pada pakan terhadap respon kinerja pertumbuhan ikan gurami. Penelitian menggunakan lima perlakuan yaitu penambahan tepung daun kayu manis sebanyak 0, 5, 10, 15 dan 20 g kg-1 padapakan komersial. Ikan gurami uji dengan bobot rata-rata 0,77±0,01 g dipelihara di akuarium berukuran 95 x 45 x 40 cm dengan padat tebar 15 ekor ikan per akuarium selama pemeliharaan 60 hari. Ikan gurami diberi pakan secara at satiation dengan frekuensi pemberian pakan sebanyak tiga kali sehari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan penambahan tepung daun kayu manis pada pakan dapat memengaruhi tingkat kinerja pertumbuhan ikan gurami (p<0,05). Penambahan 5 gr kg-1 tepung daun kayu manis pada pakan dapat meningkatkan jumlah konsumsi pakan, laju pertumbuhan spesifik, rasio efisisensi protein kinerja pertumbuhan ikan gurami. This study aims to evaluate the response of cinnamon leaves in feed to the growth performance response of gourami fish. The study used five treatments, namely the addition of cinnamon leaf flour as much as 0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 g kg-1 on commercial feed. Gourami with an average weight of 0.77 ± 0.01 g were kept in aquariums measuring 95 x 45 x 40 cm with a stocking density of 15 fish per aquarium for 60 days of maintenance. Gourami were fed at satiation with a frequency of feeding three times a day. The results showed that the treatment of adding cinnamon leaf flour to feed can affect the growth performance level of gourami (p<0.05). The addition of 5 g kg-1 cinnamon leaf flour in feed can increase the amount of feed consumption, specific growth rate, protein efficiency ratio of gourami growth performance.
