      Profil Hematologi Ayam Arab Jantan (Gallus turcicus) yang diberi Tepung Daun Kelor dalam Ransum

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan tepung daun kelor dalam pakan terhadap profil hematologi ayam arab jantan (Gallus turcicus). Materi penelitian berupa 120 ekor ayam arab yang dipelihara selama 8 minggu dengan pengambilan sampel dilakukan pada minggu ke delapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan. Perlakuan ransum terdiri dari P0 (ransum basal), P1 (1% tepung daun kelor dalam ransum), P2 (2% tepung daun kelor dalam ransum) dan P3 (3% tepung daun kelor dalam ransum). Parameter yang diukur meliputi eritrosit, leukosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit, limfosit, monosit, heteropil, basofil, eusinofil, dan rasio H/L. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian dan hasil yang berbeda nyata di uji lanjut menggunakan uji lanjut duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan tepung daun kelor dalam ransum tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap total eritrosit, hemoglobin, hematokrit, limfosit, monosit, heterofil, dan rasio H/L, namun berpengaruh nyata terhadap leukosit, basofil dan eusinofil.
       
      This study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effect of using moringa leaf meal in feed on the hematological profile of arabian cock (Gallus turcicus). The research material was in the form of 120 arabian cock raised for 8 weeks with sampling carried out in the eight week. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) consisting of 4 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments ration consisted of P0 (basal ration), P1 (1% moringa leaf flour in the ration), P2 (2% moringa leaf flour in the ration) and P3 (3 % moringa leaf flour in the ration). The measured parameters included erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, limphocytes, monocytes, heterophils, basophils, and eusinophils. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance and significantly different result were further tested using the duncan advanced test. The results showed that use of moringa leaf flour in the ration did not have a significant on total erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, limphocytes, monocytes, heterophils, and ration H/L, but it had a significant effect on leukocytes, basophils and eusinophils.
