      Penambahan Antioksidan pada Ransum Mengandung PUFA Terhadap Hematologi dan Metabolit Darah Calon Induk Kambing pada Fase Folikulogenesis

      Abstract
      Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi gambaran darah calon induk kambing betina pada fase folikulogenesis dengan pemberian ransum mengandung PUFA dan penambahan antioksidan. Penelitian menggunakan 10 ekor kambing Boerja betina yang dibagi menjadi 2 perlakuan dan 5 kelompok. Perlakuan terdiri dari A0= ransum mengandung PUFA tanpa antioksidan dan A1= ransum mengandung PUFA dengan penambahan antioksidan 200 ppm asal ekstrak daun nangka. Peubah yang diamati pada penelitian yaitu konsumsi bahan kering, protein kasar, lemak kasar, karbohidrat, TDN, hematologi, dan metabolit darah. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan software SPSS dengan t-test independent. Simpulan dari penelitian adalah kombinasi pemberian ransum mengandung PUFA dengan penambahan 200 ppm antioksidan asal ekstrak daun nangka menunjukkan hematologi dan metabolit darah yang lebih baik yang dapat dilihat dari meningkatnya kadar PCV, eosinofil, basofil, dan kadar trigliserida dibandingkan kambing Boerja betina yang tidak diberi penambahan antioksidan pada fase folikulogenesis.
       
      This study aimed to evaluate the blood picture of nulliparous in the folliculogenesis phase by giving rations containing PUFA and the addition of antioxidant. This study used 10 nulliparous Boerja divided into 2 treatments and 5 replicates. The treatment consisted of A0= ration containing PUFA without antioxidants and A1= ration containing PUFA with the addition of 200 ppm antioxidant from jackfruit leaves extract. The variables observed included dry matter intake, crude protein, crude fat, carbohydrate, TDN, hematology, and blood metabolites. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS software with an independent t-test. The conclusion of this study is that the combination of PUFA containing rations with the addition of 200 ppm antioxidant from jackfruit leaves extract showed better hematology and blood metabolites which can be seen from increased levels of PCV, eosinophils, basophils, and triglyceride levels compared nulliparous Boerja that were not given the addition of antioxidants in the folliculogenesis phase.
