      Abstract
      Merdeka.com merupakan salah satu portal digital di bawah Kapanlagi Youniverse (KLY) yang sedang mengembangkan perubahan tampilan website agar menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan minat pembaca dan lebih bersaing di industri. Karena itu, Merdeka.com perlu persepsi pengguna dalam membangun strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas website guna meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna sebagai acuan dalam mengembangkan tampilan-tampilan baru yang telah diluncurkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dan survei dengan penentuan responden eksternal menggunakan purposive sampling kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kegunaan dan interaksi layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengguna. Kesimpulannya, Merdeka.com perlu fokus pada peningkatan kualitas kegunaan dan interaksi layanan sesuai urutan indikator untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas kegunaan, Merdeka.com dapat meningkatkan tingkat kemudahan untuk dipelajari dan tampilan yang menarik. Kemudian untuk variabel interaksi layanan, Merdeka.com dapat meningkatkan penyediaan ruang komunitas, tingkat kemudahan komunikasi, dan tingkat personalisasi.
       
      Merdeka.com is one of the digital portals under Kapanlagi Youniverse (KLY) that is developing changes in the appearance of the website to adjust to the development of reader interest and better compete in the industry. Therefore, Merdeka.com need user perception in building strategies to improve website quality to increase user loyalty as a reference in developing new looks that have been launched. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews and surveys with the determination of external respondents using purposive sampling then the data was analyzed using the PLS-SEM method. The results found that usability and service interaction positively and significantly affected user loyalty. In conclusion, Merdeka.com need to focus on improving the quality of usability and service interaction in the order of indicators in order of indicators to increase user loyalty. In improving the quality of usability, Merdeka.com can increase the ease of learning and attractive appearance. Then for service interaction variables, Merdeka.com can improve the provision of community space, the level of ease of communication, and the level of personalization.
