      Abstract
      PT Terrindo Isha Parama merupakan perusahaan pembesaran ayam broiler yang terletak di Bogor. Pada tahun 2022 PT Terrindo Isha Parama mengalami kerugian di beberapa bulan, hal itu depengaruhi oleh belum maksimalnya kinerja internal perusahaan dan lingkungan eksternal perusahaan, sehingga di butuhkan sebuah strategi agar PT Terrindo Isha Parama mampu tetap bertahan di industri ayam broiler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi persaingan industri ayam broiler sehingga mampu untuk merekomendasikan rumusan survival strategi yang bisa di gunakan oleh PT Terrindo Isha Parama. Analisis kondisi persaingan industri ayam broiler menggunakan pendekatan Porter Five Forces berdasarkan wawancara terhadap pengambil keputusan pada PT Terrindo Isha Parama dan perusahaan sejenis. Untuk merumuskan survival strategy menggunakan pendekatan Porter Generic Strategies dan dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan Porter Five Forces diketahui bahwa bahwa daya tawar pemasok, daya tawar pembeli, ancaman barang substitusi lemah, dan persaingan antar perusahaan dalam industri kuat sedangkan ancaman pendatang baru lemah. Sedangkan strategi yang dapat di gunakan oleh PT Terrindo Isha Parama menggunakan pendekatan Porter Generic Strategies adalah differentiation focus
       
      Small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises has a strategic role in the Indonesian economy with business units totalling more than 90 percent of the national manufacturing industry business units. The Covid-19 pandemic affects all industrial sectors including the processing industry, especially the ones categorized as SMEs. CV Anugerah Mulia is one of the metal processing SME that experienced a decline in sales during the pandemic and has not yet managed to restore its average income. This study aims to formulate a rebound strategy that needs to be carried out by the company by analysing internal and external factors using the SWOT matrix and determining priority strategies based on the Eisenhower matrix and paired comparison method. The research resulted in two priority strategies to be recommended to CV Anugerah Mulia, that is building online marketing channels as a promotional media to reach end buyers and improving human resource management
