      Optimisasi Topologi dan Kekuatan Knuckle Joint Pada Traktor Roda Empat Menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga

      Abstract
      Simulasi dengan metode finite elemen dapat mendukung mekanisasi produksi di dunia pertanian, termasuk dalam pertumbuhan produktivitas dalamsuatu pekerjaan. Namun, ada satu masalah yang terjadi pada komponen traktor, yaitu fracture pada knuckle joint. Knuckle joint akan dianalisis kekuatannya melalui simulasi menggunakan Metode Elemen Hingga atau dengan perangkat lunak Ansys. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menganalisis beban dinamis pada knuckle joint dan melakukan optimisasi topologi. Dengan menguji beban dinamispada knuckle joint menggunakan perangkat lunak simulasi Ansys dalam hal tegangan setara 245.770.000.000 Pa, regangan elastis setara 1,6805 m/m, dan deformasi total 0,25588 m. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini menganalisis sifat-sifat massa sebelum dan sesudah optimisasi topologi menemukan bahwa perbedaan massa sebelum dan sesudah optimisasi topologi adalah 217,75 gram.
       
      Simulation with the finite element method can support production mechanization in the world of agriculture, including in productivity growth in a job. However, there is one problem that occurs in the tractor component, namely fracture of knuckle joint. Knuckle joint will be analyzed for knuckle joint strength through simulation using the Finite Element Method (FEM) or with Ansys software. The simulation is carried out by analyzing the dynamics load on the knuckle joint and performing topology optimization. By testing the dynamics on the knuckle joint using Ansys simulation software in terms of the equivalent stress of 245.770.000.000 Pa, the equivalent elastic strain of 1.6805 m/m, and the total deformation of 0.25588 m. In addiction, in this study an analysis of the properties of the mass before and after topology optimization found that the difference in mass before and after topology optimization was 217.75 grams
