      Abstract
      The objective of this research was to see Description of Nutrition Knowledge, Model of Consumption, and Level of Energy Requirement in Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park. The research was conducted by using cross sectional study design from April to Mei 2009. The number of 43% sample have food frequency 3 time a day during climbing the mountain. The number of 65% sample choose instant noodle as primary food during climbing the mountain. The number of 55% sample choose biscuit or crackers as snack during climbing the mountain. The number of 53% sample have lack nutrition knowledge. Level of Energy Requirement of first day, the number of 61% sample have deficit of energy in serious level. Level of energy requirement of second day, the number of 35% sample have deficit of energy in serious level. Level of protein Requirement of first day, the number of 60% sample have deficit of protein in serious level. Level of protein requirement of second day is better than the first day. Level of protein requirement of second day, just of 37% sample have deficit of protein in serious level. The average fat intake of the first day is 86,9 gram and The average fat intake of the second day is 85,1 gram.
