      Kamitukita: Model Bisnis Ready to Wear Berbahan Dasar Tenun untuk Generasi Milenial

      Abstract
      Fashion as the sub-sector of creative economy in Indonesia has a big opportunity to be developed which has the potential to drive economic growth. However, woven fashion in the market has not met the wishes, preference, and tastes of millennials to use them. This research aimed to provide a solution in the form of a ready to wear fashion business model with woven materials from various regions in Indonesia for the millennial generation called Kamitukita as a clothing line that provides woven basic materials. This study aims to identify the respondent's problem with woven clothing line, create the business plan of Kamitukita, and create the fashion design of woven which suit the preference of millennials. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique to get a total sample of 70 respondents for problem testing step and 66 respondents for solution testing step. This study uses the customer development method which is focused on the customer discovery stage. The results of this study are the types and models of ready to wear fashion clothing made from woven for the millennial generation as stated in Design 3, Design 2 and Design 4. Kamitukita's business model palnning was presented through a verified BMC.
       
      Subsektor fashion ekonomi kreatif di Indonesia memiliki peluang yang besar karena berpotensi mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Pakaian tenun yang terdapat di pasaran belum memenuhi keinginan dan selera generasi milenial untuk menggunakannya. Penelitian ini ingin memberikan solusi berupa model bisnis fashion ready to wear dengan nama brand Kamitukita sebagai clothing line berbahan dasar tenun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah responden terhadap kain tenun, membuat perencanaan model bisnis Kamitukita, dan merancang desain pakaian batik yang sesuai dengan selera generasi milenial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode customer development yang difokuskan pada tahap customer discovery. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan pengambilan sampel sebesar 70 responden pada tahap uji masalah dan 66 responden potensial pada tahap uji solusi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jenis dan model pakaian fashion ready to wear yang berbahan dasar tenun, desain pakaian tenun yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan oleh generasi milenial yang tertuang pada Desain 3, Desain 2 dan Desain 4. Perencanaan bisnis Kamitukita terdapat dalam business model canvas (BMC) yang terverifikasi.
