      Abstract
      Perumahan Bumi Ciomas Asri masih dalam tahapan pengembangan yaitu pada blok L, M, N, dan O. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis dan merancang sistem drainase yang sesuai dan menyusun rencana anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan. Untukperencanaan dilakukan pemetaan lahan dengan menggunakan total station dan simulasi dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi EPA SWMM 5.1. Jaringan drainase yang ada memiliki 16 subcatchment, 57 junction, 59 conduit dan 1 outfall. Data curah hujan selama 15 tahun dianalisis dengan metode Gumbel dan diperoleh curah hujan rencana untuk periode ulang 5 tahun sebesar 148,31 mm/hari. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh debit limpasan maksimum sebesar 28,44 lt/det. Sebagian saluran drainase yang telah terbangun berkapasitas 32,86 lt/det. Saluran pada blok L, M, N, dan O direncanakan dibangun dengan menggunakan U-ditch ukuran 50x50 cm dan 60x60 cm sesuai dengan dimensi saluran yang telah dibangun. Dari hasil simulasi, tidak ada saluran yang meluap. Perencanaan anggaran biaya disusun berdasarkan penetapan harga jasa yang berlaku. Rencana anggaran biaya untuk pembangunan saluran drainase blok L, M, N, dan O sebesar Rp559.190.913
       
      Bumi Ciomas Asri Residence is still in the development stage, namely in blocks L, M, N, and O. This research aims to analyze and design an appropriate drainage system and develop a budget plan required. For planning, land mapping was conducted using a total station and simulations were carried out using the EPA SWMM 5.1 . The existing drainage network had 16 sub-catchments, 57 junctions, 59 conduits and 1 outfall. Rainfall data during 15 years were analyzed using the Gumbel method and the planned rainfall for the 5 year return period was 148.31 mm/day. The results showed that the maximum runoff discharge was 28,44 l/s. Some of the drainage canals that have been built have a capacity of 32.86 l/s. The channels in blocks L, M, N, and O are planned to be constructed using U-ditches with dimensions of 50x50 cm and 60x60 cm, according to the dimensions of the existing channels. The budget planning was calculated based on service pricing standard. The budget plan for the construction of drainage canals in blocks L, M, N, and O is IDR559.190.913
