Perumahan Pondok Safari Indah mengalami banjir beberapa tahun belakangan
(JN), 71 counduit (CN), dan 1 outfall node (OR). Debit aliran maksimum sebesar 0,157
m3/detik.
Kapasitas saluran CN 10 sebesar 0,115 m3/detik sedangkan debit simulasi sebesar
0,117 m3/detik.
berkala. Pondok Safari Indah Residence has experienced flooding in recent years while
the rainfall was heavy and long. The research focused on flood locations in Block C
and Block D of Pondok Safari Indah Residence. The study aimed to evaluate the
suitability of drainage channels with runoff discharge. The surface of research area
was ± 3,4 Ha. This research used data of channel dimension channel elevation,
maximum daily rainfall, topographic maps and land cover maps. These data were used
for modeling drainage channels using the EPA SWMM 5.2 program. After testing 4
distribution methods, the planned rainfall was analyzed with the log Pearson III
distribution, and a planned rainfall of 102,58 mm was obtained for the 2-year rainfall
return period. The existing drainage channels system consist of 34 subcatchment (SC),
72 junction nodes (JN), 71 counduit (CN), and 1 outfall node (OR). The maximum
flow discharge is 0,157 m3/sec. From the simulation results, the capacity of the
drainage channel is in accordance with the runoff discharge, but there are 2 channels
that are not able to accommodate runoff. CN 10 and 11 overflowed because there was
sediment as high as 0,18 m and 0,15 m respectively. The CN 10 channel capacity was
0,115 m3/sec while the simulated discharge was 0,117 m3/sec. The drainage channel
were able to accommodate and drain water properly, if the drainage channels were
cleaned and the sediments were dredged periodically.
