      Pengobatan Infeksi Aeromonas hydrophila pada Ikan Sidat dengan Tepung Kulit Bawang Merah dan Supernatan Isolat Actinomycetes

      Abstract
      Ikan sidat merupakan komoditas ekspor budidaya perikanan dengan siklus hidup katadromous dan berpeluang terserang penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri A. hydrophila. Bakteri A. hydrophila menghasilkan zat toksin ketika menginfeksi inangnya. Kulit bawang merah berpotensi sebagai antibakteri dan supernatan isolat Actinomycetes sebagai antibiofilm. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tepung kulit bawang merah sebagai antibakteri dan supernatan isolat Actinomycetes sebagai antibiofilm yang diberikan melalui pakan untuk pengobatan infeksi bakteri A. hydrophila pada ikan sidat (Anguilla bicolor bicolor). Ikan sidat yang digunakan memiliki bobot awal 7,65±0,32 g yang selanjutnya dipelihara selama 14 hari setelah uji tantang. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu kontrol negatif (K-), kontrol positif (K+), antibiotik Enrofloxacin (Enro), tepung kulit bawang merah (KBM), dan supernatan isolat Actinomycetes (Actino). Perlakuan tepung kulit bawang merah dan supernatan isolat Actinomycetes mampu mengobati infeksi A. hydrophila pada ikan sidat dengan hasil uji gambaran darah yang lebih baik dan dapat menekan angka kematian ikan yang sama baiknya dengan kontrol antibiotik.       Eel fish is an export commodity for aquaculture with a catastrophic life cycle and has the opportunity to be attacked by diseases caused by A. hydrophila bacteria. A. hydrophila bacteria produced toxins when they infect their hosts. Shallot skin flour as an antibacterial and supernatant isolate Actinomycetes as an antibiofilm. This study aimed to test shallot skin flour as an antibacterial and supernatant of Actinomycetes isolates as an antibiofilm given through feed for the treatment of A. hydrophila bacterial infection in eel fish (Anguilla bicolor bicolor). The eel fish used had an average weight of 7,65±0,32 g to be kept for 14 days after the challenge test. The treatments given were negative control (K-), positive control (K+), antibiotic Enrofloxacin (Enro), shallot skin flour (KBM), and supernatant isolates Actinomycetes (Actino). The treatment of shallot skin flour and supernatant isolates of Actinomycetes is able to treat A. hydrophila infection in eel fish with better blood picture test results and reduce fish mortality which is as well as antibiotic control.
