      Abstract
      Penggunaan pupuk berbasis fermentasi limbah sayur dan buah (PFBS) sebagai salah satu upaya pengurangan limbah memberikan banyak manfaat untuk diaplikasikan pada berbagai bidang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pupuk berbasis fermentasi limbah buah dan sayur terhadap parameter kualitas air dan kinerja produksi Caulerpa lentillifera. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak lengkap dengan tiga kali ulangan pada empat perlakuan pupuk, yaitu 0; 0,05; 0,1; dan 0,2 µl/L. Penelitian ini menggunakan C. lentillifera dengan bobot awal 500 g yang dipelihara dalam bak beton berkapasitas 1000 L. Volume air yang digunakan sebanyak 600 L. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan PFBS sebesar 0,1 µl/L memberikan bobot panen neto yang lebih baik dibandingkan 0 µl/L dan 0,2 µl/L (p<0.05) pada akhir penelitian.
       
      The use of fruit and vegetable waste based fertillizer (PFBS) as an effort to reduce waste provides many benefits to be applied in various fields. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of waste based fertillezer on production performance and water quality parameters of Caulerpa lentillifera. The experimental design used was a completely randomized design with three replications for four fertillizer treatment, namely 0; 0,05; 0,1; and 0,2 µl/L. This study used C. lentillifera with an initial weight of 500 g which was kept in a concrete tank with a capacity of 1000 L. The volume of water used was 600 L. The results of this study showed that the use of 0,1 µl/L PFBS gave a better net harvest weight than 0 µl/L and 0,2 1 µl/L dose (P<0.05) at the end of the study.
